You are invited to come along to our open weekend when we will be delighted to show you around our lodges, discuss current offers available, and answer any questions you may have regarding living on Mill Garth Park.

Complementary refreshments will be served - and afterwards, why not take the opportunity to visit Advents show village at Monks Cross (only 15 mins by car),
or you may wish just to explore our pretty riverside village.

Open Weekend confirmed May Bank Holiday 2008
Come and visit us on our Bank Holiday Open Weekend, 3-5 May 2008. We will be serving complimentary refreshments from 10am-4pm and would be pleased to show you round our 3 show lodges as seen on this website.

Open Weekend in Spring to be confirmed March 2007
The open weekend planned for 31st March / 1st April has been moved to later in the Spring. However our show homes are open every day and you are welcome to come and view them at any time.

Even in the depths of a cold wet winter – 3 homes now sold on phase 1.

Opening Weekend October 2006
After a hectic summer of planning and development visitors were finally invited  to view the park. Even though work on phase 1 was far from complete visitors were able to take a look around the three show homes, gain information and learn about the advantages of living at Mill Garth Park. An extremely successful weekend which saw many people amazed at the possibilities and asking – how soon can we move in!
